Landlords – Important News About Pay with Lovely and Rentmatic

We’ve made some exciting changes and in order to continue receiving rent payments through our system, you need to update your account. All payments that occur before February 25th will process as planned. All payments scheduled to occur after that date will be canceled.

Once you upgrade, you’ll notice some exciting changes. Starting February 17th, we will be able to offer:

  • Faster payment processing: our new partner YapStone transfers your money in two days.
  • Easier new tenant onboarding: tenants will quickly learn to use our system.
  • Better pricing: ACH transactions only cost $0.25.
  • On-the-go payments: tenants can pay rent via text or YapStone’s mobile app.
  • More ways to pay: tenants can use debit and credit cards or pay directly from their bank.

In order to switch to the new Rentmatic system, you’ll need to fill out some important information. Your personal information is of the utmost importance to us, and it will be handled securely. This application takes five days to process so it’s important you complete this as soon as possible. Click here to get started.

Please note: withdrawals scheduled from tenant accounts on or before February 25, 2015 will be processed as usual. Any withdrawals scheduled after February 25, 2015 will be cancelled. To ensure future payments are processed with Rentmatic, you need to update your account to the new system at least five business days prior to the date you wish to withdraw funds from your tenants’ accounts. The good news is that once you’ve upgraded to the new system, it will only take 2 business days for withdrawals to hit your account. We suggest migrating early so your tenants can get signed up in time to make future payments.
