Why we like it:
This penthouse apartment has a lot to offer. First, the view is hard to beat. It has panoramic views of the city which you can enjoy from a large, 600 sq ft deck or from the kitchen and living room. Second, the interior has an open floor plan, with a combined kitchen and living room area underneath large wooden ceiling beams that add character to the space. Third, for the price, you get a number of conveniences, including two full bathrooms, lots of closet space, washer/dryer, dishwasher, working fireplace, and two parking spots (although parking is an extra fee). Finally, it’s a 15 minute walk to Dolores Park and a 20 minute walk to Twin Peaks. If you love a space with character and will pay a premium for panoramic views, this place is tough to beat.
