The Scoop: San Francisco Apartments For $3K Or Less
Yesterday we posted an exclusive Mission District apartment listing. Even though the unit was in an awesome location, it still got some heat for its price. To show you that it is possible to find nice apartments that are both centrally located and affordable, we’ve rounded up some hidden gems in San Francisco all costing $3K or less.
This Mission apartment was just completely remodeled with entirely new appliances, new hardwood floors, and even new light switches! The unit is a stone’s throw from Dolores Park, and has its own communal backyard. Considering the immense competition to live in the Mission, this place will not be on the market for long.
This charming Marina apartment has hardwood floors, a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, and a breakfast nook. Who doesn’t love a breakfast nook? Close to the Academy of Fine Arts and a variety of restaurants, this Marina home will be snapped up soon. No joke, the open house only lasts for 15 minutes!
This unit is located a few steps from Alamo Square Park, Hayes Valley, and the Lower Haight. Talk about central! There is a grocery store on the main floor of the building, and laundry in the basement. You may literally never have to leave home again!
This Haight Ashbury home has beautiful views of Golden Gate Park, is just down the street from Whole Foods, and offers easy access to a variety of nightlife in the Haight without the noise and interesting personalities of Haight St. The apartment features hardwood floors, and allows pets. Best of all, there are washers/dryers on each floor of the building.
This newly renovated apartment offers high ceilings, and gorgeous panoramic views of the city. It comes complete with dishwasher, hardwood floors, and fireplace. If you haven’t heard of Parnassus Heights it is located between the Inner Sunset and Cole Valley. This listing is definitely a hidden gem, and will be gone before you know it!
So there you have it folks: nice, centrally located apartments at a reasonable price. Some even have their own washing machines! These listings won’t be on the market for long, so be prepared and get ready to hit up those open houses dressed in your Sunday best. Good luck, and happy hunting!
